Please join us this Saturday at Atascadero CrossFit!  We are really excited to be part of their Hotshots 19 Memorial WOD and fundraiser!  Come by anytime  between 10-2 to workout, or just check out their box and meet CrossFitters from around the area! There will be cool stuff for kids too.    We will not have a 9:00am class at CFPR that day.  The Memorial wod is scalable for everyone!
