3 Rounds for max reps; rotate each minute (FGB style)
Squat Cleans 95/75
Med Ball Situps 20/14 (ball against chest)
KB Swings 55/35
Double Unders
Row (For calories)
1 minute rest between rounds
Clock does not stop after each minute, so move quickly to next station for max reps.  Write your total during the minute rest!
