Please join us as we celebrate our grand re-opening!  We will be hosting a community WOD at the gym on Saturday, November 22nd starting at 9am.  This is a free WOD open to all of the boxes in SLO county, as well as, friends and family.  We ask that you bring canned goods or non-perishable food items that will be donated to a local food bank here in Paso, as our way of giving back to our community.  We appreciate all of the support you guys have given us during our first month and we look forward to celebrating all of the great things to come for CFPR on the 22nd.  Please RSVP either to crossfitpasorobles@gmail.com or on the Facebook invite.  We look forward to seeing you all there!

In honor of Veterans Day we will be doing Hero WOD Rankel.  Yes, it’s a brutal WOD. Yes, it will be hard.  So let’s  honor this fallen hero together, CrossFit style.  Thank you to those who have served and continue to serve our county.
