Workout 11.9.13:
“Sonjia Special” 
Partner WOD:
3 Rounds For Time:
2 prowler pushes (down the driveway and back is 1)
10  tire flips( as heavy as possible)
20 sledge hits
30 tsunamis
800 m sand bag run
-each partner must do 1 prowler push per rd
-all other movements can be broken up however team wants
-only one partner is working at a time
