The Weekend Warrior Rumble Registration is OPEN and spots are filling fast! 
The Rumble is a competition exclusively for Beginner and Intermediate level CrossFitters.

Hosted at West Coast Strength and Conditioning (Home of CrossFit Ventura) on June 14,The Weekend Warrior Rumble will give even the newest CrossFit athletes a venue to test their skills against other athletes of comparable abilities.  Find the workout standards here:

Workout 5.3.14:
Partner WOD
In teams of 2 complete the following:

Row 1000m
Run 800m
Row 750m
Run 600m
Row 500m
Run 400m
Row 250m
Run 200m
Row 150m
Run 100m
*One person working at a time. Each partner must complete each exercise before moving on. You may split it up anyway. Example for 1000m Row – Partner #1 rows 500m, Partner #2 Rows 500m, Partner #1 rows 500m, Partner #2 rows 500m. Run can be done together or split up into shorter sprints.
