*Bar Muscle ups
Run 800 as a relay

*Mod for bar mu’s is 3 strict pull ups and 3 rig dips to 1 bar Mu
Rules
Both partners must do all the Thrusters only 1 person working at a time.
the pull ups and bar mu’s can be broken up however for a combined total for the rd.
Both partners must run the 800 as a relay doing 200 m at a time.
Time stops once last 800 meter relay is complete!!!
Cheer on partners and other teams while WOD is going embrace the Suck together and remember it sucks less when its finished!!!
