WODtoberfest is September 14! This is a competition held in Pismo, and everyone can participate–they just added a beginner catagory!  Spots are filling fast–only 3 left as of this writing.  If you want to sign up don’t waste time: http://crossfitfivecities.com/wodtoberfest/  Whether you compete or not, mark the date so we can cheer on our CFPR athletes who will be competing!!

Remember our policy on welcoming newcomers; if you see an unfamiliar face, please go up and introduce yourself.  We have a lot of new members and think back to how intimidating your first class was, so let’s make them feel welcome!

Look through the clothes we’ve acquired lately; people leave behind all sorts of hoodies and shirts.  We’ll be taking what’s left by Friday to GoodWill.
