Partner WOD

4RFT:
200m Burpee Broad Jumps, with Partner Carrying a Plate (45/25)
20 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 HSPU
20 Sit Ups

  • One person working at a time
  • Each person must complete all the reps
  • While partner A is working, partner B holds the plate (e.g. Partner A does 20 OHS while Partner B holds the plate then Partner B does 20 OHS while Partner A holds the plate)
  • Reps can be broken up any way but each partner must do all reps
  • Partners can switch off during the broad jumps as needed
