“Pet Rocks”
With a partner, 3 rounds for time of:
20 Squat Snatch (95/65)
40 Dips
60 Wtd Situps (45/25 plate)
400m Run w/45/25 Kettlebell or dumbbell
One person works, the other holds a pair of 45/25 Kettlebell or dumbbell, in the standing position(no kneeling, squatting or sitting) Penalty for dropping the bells or not standing= 10 burpees each. Both partners go on the 400 m Run, each holding 1 kb/db.
