We have 5 people signed up for WODtoberfest!  It’s Saturday Sept 14, in Pismo and we want as many CFPR members possible cheering them on! Mark your calendars and plan on being there! It’s a great time!!

Yoga is this Thursday at 9:45 following the 8:30 CrossFit.  Megan does a great job to help you work through those tight spots and increase your mobility.  This class is for beginners on up.  Most of us have never done yoga; so don’t hesitate to come in and give it a try.  Included with unlimited memberships.  We also have a punchcard you can buy!
