8 x 2 hang squat snatch + squat snatch

Each set will look like this: hang squat snatch +squat snatch + hang squat snatch + squat snatch. Hang starts at the knee. Power starts at the floor. Keep it light and work on technique.

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

6 toes to bar
