Happy New Year CFPR! 

‘Atascadero CrossFit will be hosting the first annual “SLO County Games!!!”  This year, it will be a Beginners level competition inviting athletes who are considered beginners or “newbies” to CrossFit and/or fitness in general! There will be 2 main workouts and a “floater” testing athlete’s general physical preparedness. Further details will be released as the event date approaches. We look forward to seeing you all!’    February 1, 2014  Time: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Here are a few ideas to think about when deciding if you’d like to sign up to compete:
-You have a PR of less than 5 strict handstand pushups
-You have a PR of less than 20 consecutive double unders
-You perform most of your daily wods scaled (not rx)
-You have a PR of less than 12 kipping pull ups.
