Are you planning on watching the 2013 CrossFit Games?  Follow the competition:

Friday,  Saturday and Sunday the Games will be on ESPN3. These shows will feature every heat of every event of the men’s and women’s competitions, along with the teams, analysis, highlights and interviews.
For the first time ever, the CrossFit Games will be live on television. The final hour of the Games will be broadcast live on ESPN2 from 4 to 5 p.m. PT on Sunday, July 28.
Throughout the Games week and weekend, expect a deluge of coverage, including behind the scenes athlete interviews, written reports published moments after large announcements and events, daily Update Shows, galleries and more: http://games.crossfit.com/

Strength:
4 x 8 weighted barbell step-up:
Set up a box so that when you step up to it, your thigh is parallel to the ground. Drive up using the leg on the box, not the leg on the ground. Use a moderate weight. 4 sets/8 reps (four on each leg).  Yes you can use a rack for this.
