1 Attempt to find 1000m row PR!

Partner WOD:

o In teams of 2 complete the following:
• 1600m Run (Relay Style – Partner A does 400, then Partner B does 400……………..)
• 20 Burpees
• 40 Wall Balls (20/15 lbs)
• 50 Box Jumps (24/20)
• 60 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
• 150 Double-Unders (Alt. x3 Singles)
• 60 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
• 50 Box Jumps (24/20”)
• 40 Wall Balls (20/15 lbs)
• 20 Burpees
• 1600m Run (Relay Style – Partner A does 400, then Partner B does 400……………..)
**One person working at a time. Relay style must be used on the runs. Each partner will run a 400m twice.
